If equipment failure cannot be solved after 8 hours of maintenance, we will provide another equipment with same specifications for temporarily replacement until failure is solved. If failure can not be solved within 7 days, we promise to exchange for new equipment and recall the faulty equipment.
Purpleriver promises that the warranty period of the equipment is 1 year started from the official acceptance. We provide free maintenance within the warranty period. The following situations are not covered in the warranty: theft, damage caused by natural disaters, damage caused by improper use, dismantling, repairing without permission.......
Purpleriver provides users with various kinds of after-sales services and technical support such as telephone service and on-site service. We are responsible for the on-site service in the areas of company's headquarter and branches, and local agents are responsible for their corresponding areas. In areas without our agents, telephone service is the mainly used, and we can also provide on-site service after negotiation when necessary.
Purpleriver provides life-long maintenance services for users. If the warranty period expires and the components of the equipment goes wrong, we charge only the cost of the components without service fee. Also we provide users with the maintenance and update of software bugs.
