Power equipment temperature monitoring

  • The online intelligent monitoring project of the electrical primary equipment of Yele Hydropower Station adopts a variety of product selections such as type A, Mini, and RT to monitor indoor and outdoor scenes in real time.

  • The HSD-INV system monitors the electrical primary equipment of generator sets, distribution devices, busbar tunnels, and switch stations 24 hours a day, and the staff can view and manage each monitoring area at the same time through the client platform.

  • The HSD-INV system can detect and locate thermal defects of equipment in a timely manner, effectively helping to reduce the overall failure rate of the power system and ensure safe operation.

Early warning of coal pile spontaneous combustion danger

  • Coal is prone to spontaneous combustion when it is piled up for a long time. The equipment is installed in open-air/indoor coal yards to monitor the surface temperature of coal piles around the clock, detect invisible fire sources, and prevent spontaneous combustion.

  • At the same time, it can also monitor the heating and fire of coal conveyor belts, and timely warn of hidden dangers and dangers to ensure power generation safety.

Transmission line protection against mountain fires and external damage

  • We have delivered a total of 60 sets of HSD-INV intelligent unattended systems on power transmission lines in Liaoning, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu and other places.

  • The equipment automatically patrols and scans, detects wildfires along the transmission lines, monitors the operating status of key equipment on the lines, and accurately locates faults; it also has perimeter defense functions such as intelligent event recognition and analysis, identifies suspicious targets 24 hours a day, and prevents theft and external damage.
